Cancellation Policy

1. Order Cancellation Before Dispatch
You can request to cancel your order before it is dispatched from our warehouse.

Please include your order number in your message.
If your order has not yet been packed or shipped, we’ll cancel it and issue a full refund within 1–2 business days to your original payment method.
Note: Cancellation requests made via Instagram, Facebook, or any non-official channel will not be considered valid.
2. Order Cancellation After Dispatch
Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
If you still wish to cancel after dispatch, please accept the delivery and then raise a return request under our [Return & Refund Policy].
3. COD Order Cancellation

COD orders may require confirmation via phone, SMS, or WhatsApp.

Unconfirmed COD orders may be automatically cancelled after a few hours.

Repeated COD cancellations may result in the COD option being disabled for future orders.
4. Prepaid Order Refunds
If a prepaid order is successfully cancelled before dispatch, a full refund will be processed to your original payment method (UPI, wallet, card, etc.).
Refunds typically reflect within 3–7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
5. Seller Cancellations
We may cancel an order under the following circumstances:

The product is out of stock or discontinued

The address provided is incomplete or invalid

The order is flagged as suspicious or high-risk by our payment system
If this happens, we will notify you promptly and issue a full refund (if payment has already been made).
