1. How can I place an order on Zenithora?
Placing an order is easy! Browse our collections, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. Choose your payment method (Card, UPI, Netbanking, or COD) and confirm your order. You’ll get an order confirmation instantly.

2. Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can cancel your order before it is dispatched. Contact us via email (muktaralam7908446@gmail.com) or WhatsApp/phone (+91 7908446973) with your order number. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible, but you can initiate a return.

3. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Credit/Debit Cards, UPI, Netbanking, and Cash on Delivery (COD) for select locations. All payments are processed securely.

4. How long will my order take to arrive?

  • Metro cities: 2–4 working days

  • Tier 2 & 3 cities: 3–6 working days

  • Remote/rural areas: 5–8 working days
    All delivery timelines are estimates. Delays may occur due to courier issues or unforeseen events.

5. Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! Free shipping is available on orders above ₹499. Orders below ₹499 will have a shipping fee of ₹49. Remote location surcharges may apply in rare cases.

6. Can I return or exchange a product?

7. What should I do if I receive a damaged or wrong product?
Contact us immediately via email or WhatsApp within 24 hours of delivery and share a clear unboxing video. This helps us process a replacement or refund quickly.

Absolutely! We carefully source all items to ensure top-notch quality, practical functionality, and durability. Every product is tested before being listed.

9. Can I track my order?
Yes! Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email/SMS. Use it to track your delivery in real-time on the courier partner’s website.
